Involving You provides specialist training, facilitation, and social research through community engagement. We create and deliver training tailored to address issues related to sex, drugs, and relationships. Our sessions cover a wide range of relevant discussion topics—the good, the bad, and the uncomfy!
Our training poster section showcases the extensive work we offer. We have a strong emphasis on supporting women and young people, recognising the teenage brain, neurodiversity, sexual orientation, and gender identity. We have a mission to support parents and our sessions factor in the additional challenges of today's online world.
We offer unique insights into the impact of various drugs, such as cannabis, cocaine, ketamine, valium, and opioids, on sexual behaviour, wellbeing, and relationships. Our material also covers domestic abuse, exploitation, and grooming.
All of our training environments, including online sessions perfected during lockdown, are interactive, safe, and supportive.

“Trainers were so passionate and knowledgeable that it genuinely made the course a joy to attend. I loved the fact that the course was tailored from being asked what we wanted to get from the course”

“The course was extremely relevant for my role and as I'm new to the role. I felt it was a great, practical introduction to having conversations with the women I'm working with about harm reduction.”
(social worker)
“You always go all out for the women you are involved with. They would not engage in this type of study and be as open as they have been without that relationship trust that they have with you.”
(research project midwife)
“I loved how informative it was - I feel like I learned a lot thanks to it being so interactive. The non formal approach helped with that.” (parent)
